Cigar Factory LIC | Established in 1896, The DeNobili Cigar Factory in Long Island City operated for decades as of all things a tobacco manufacturer. Now owned by Brickman RE, the Cigar Factory LIC has been repurposed to a modern mixed-use creative space honoring its industrial roots. Design solutions addressed the building’s public transportation challenge by developing an edgy brand marketing campaign specifically targeting the local creative community, makers and startups with a strong emphasis on social media. Strategically connecting with and developing a qualified audience of local potential tenants. The campaign successfully markets the character of this unique studio space while highlighting the vibrant area amenities of Long Island City.
