Newport Tower | Defining the brand identity of Newport Tower as a reimagined commercial tower ideally situated on the dynamic Jersey City waterfront. This project was marketed as Newport Tower the ultimate amenity-rich Class A office experience, conveniently located just minutes away from NYC. We created and refined a brand identity to target young tech companies, infusing our campaign with bold colors and fun, minimalistic design. Our messaging focused on the connectivity of the location, the loud Jersey City neighborhood and invaluable building amenities.
