The Morellino | A low-rise condo located in South Harlem. In this rebrand, we played with the original name and wanted to explore the morellino di scansano wine and vineyard that the property owner affiliates with. We established a connection of the casual glam design of the condo units — while bringing the fun and excitement of Harlem into the overall branding mix.
